Come join us where it all started for our 10th Anniversary SIX Course Brewer's Dinner. You won't want to miss it! Let it POUR!!! We can't wait for you to join us! For any questions or inquires, please reach out to: [email protected] COURSE 1 WELCOME SNACK: A welcome snack of crackers, cheeses, meats, nuts, and dried fruits to tide you over before dinner. COURSE 2 SALAD: A roasted asparagus salad with parmesan, rye croutons, pickled bell peppers, and a honey lemon vinaigrette. Accompanied with a deviled egg. COURSE 3 SOUP: Borscht Soup: A warming Ukrainian style beet soup with our “Stormwalker Irish Red” blended smooth, with a mint parsley crema drizzle and fresh dill. Comes with a side of sourdough and roasted garlic. COURSE 4 MAIN: Chicken florentine with a rich cream sauce of gouda, spinach, chanterelles, and our “Bare Hands NW Bitter.” Comes with a seasoned dried roma tomato. COURSE 5 MAIN: A hearty braised lamb ragu deglazed with our “The Drizzle Dunkel," over a savory polenta and garnished with fresh herbs. COURSE 6 DESSERT: Goat Cheese Blueberry Danish: A danish with whipped goat cheese and a blueberry compote made with our "Torrential Sour: White Pomegranate." Garnished with Glorybee Oregon honey and fresh basil.
