A fun effective workout followed by a meditation
Our class will begin with a 30 min dance cardio warmup by dancer Amber Joy Layne followed by an intensive lower body workout lead by Miami's Fit Chef Maya Valenti and then we will wind down with a guided stretch and meditation by the Stress Guru Janina Acosta. We will offer Healthy delicious food for purchase as well as a a few local vendors for the second half of the event. Come sweat, mingle and shop local with us on Saturday the 19th!
