We are looking for a flexible person with a clean driving record to join our team of energetic employees at a lovely estate by the ocean. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of a home for a small dynamic family. Potential candidates must be experienced housekeeper who has excellent knowledge of appliance operation, use of proper cleaning agents, keen eyes for cleanliness, ensure orderly and tidiness of home, including its related site facilities. Duties include restocking supplies, paying detailed attention to any possible maintenance issue, and promptly reporting it to the owner or authorized representative. Preferable candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to follow directions and/or instructions, possess interpersonal skills to tactfully interact with fellow employees, family members, including any of their occasional guest(s), and perform other duties as assigned, such as driving family members to and from school, offices, meeting sites, etc. The successful candidate must have at least an AA degree and submit a current police clearance.
