Currently seeking maintenance technician for apartment community in Jacksoonville. Responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, turning units and completing service request. Must have a general knowledge of apartment maintenance with working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting and carpentry and unit turns.
