As a student of beer, Jennifer's appreciation for the history of beer and its significance in American beer culture is wildly entertaining. Join her for an introduction to how beer is “classified” (according to the Beer Judge Certification Program) and the significance it has for understanding classic beer styles to create balanced beer.
