Join us for a vibrant feast for all senses, beginning with an exclusive, interactive Orchids Forever experience guided by Holden Forest and Gardens' horticultural experts. Learn more about how their team works to bring in and care for exotic orchids, what global regions support these mysteriously elegant blooms, and how the menu was brought to life by their provenance. From there, enjoy a four-course dinner inspired by the orchids' growing regions, thoughtfully paired with wines, surrounded by botanical beauty. Tickets are sold by the table with options for 4, 6, and 8 guests. Ticket includes signature cocktail, hors d’oeuvres, 4-course dinner paired with wines, and exclusive, curated Orchids Forever experience. What is a Plated Landscape™ Dinner? Started in 2006, Plated Landscapes are the brainchild of Chef/Founder/Farmer, Ben Bebenroth. These immersive dining experiences take place at our farm, Spice Acres, along with other scenic locations in Northeast Ohio. The evening begins with a signature beverage and passed hor d'oeuvres. Then, we embark on an interactive experience, whether it be harvesting ingredients from the farm or a guided hike connecting attendees to the natural setting before being seated for a wine-paired dinner that incorporates gems of the season’s harvest.
