A three-course meal focused on elevated Indigenous cuisine prepared by Chef Andrea Murdoch. Each course is paired alongside a Goldspot beer. We are so excited to partner up with Chef Andrea Murdoch of Four Directions Cuisine for the release of our Native Land IPA (a national collaboration hosted by Bow & Arrow Brewing out of Albuquerque, NM)! Your meal will include three courses, all focused on Indigenous cuisine. Each course will be specially paired alongside a full pour of beer from Goldspot Brewing Company. To celebrate its release, your main course will be served with the Native Land IPA. A percentage of sales will go to Spirit of the Sun, an Indigenous womxn-led nonprofit working to empower Native communities. Chef Andrea is an Andean Native from Venezuela. Her pecialty is elevated Indigenous cuisine uutilizing herclassical training, ancestral knowledge, creativity, and passion.
