Recruit and train new crew members. Delegate tasks. Oversee the use and safety of tools and equipment. Knowledge of hardscape. Oversee landscape construction. Complete inventory checks and equipment inspections. Prepare documents needed for office at completion of jobs. Schedule training sessions whenever needed. High School diploma required (degree in horticulture recommended) Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping. On-the-job training. Experience in a leadership role would be helpful. Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions. Valid MA driver's license and transportation necessary.
