Farm hand needed for our indoor farm growing micro greens, micro herbs, edible flowers, baby greens and more. We are looking for a responsible, motivated individual that wants to grow with the company. Previous work experience is a plus! Great attention to detail is required. Physical fitness is required. Responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to the following: Understating and implementing planting schedules. Sowing seeds with attention to seed density and spread. Moving germinated trays to grow space. Understanding and implementing fertilizer schedule. Harvesting while paying attention to quality & freshness. Packing accurately and labelling products correctly. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment. Innovating on automation as part of a team. Cleaning & sanitizing work areas and grow room. Drive for deliveries 1-2 days a week.'
