Returning to the live concert stage, Peckins and Akahori present “Spring in the Heart," featuring beloved works by Bach and Beethoven (including the program’s namesake “Spring Sonata”), new works by exciting living composers Martinez and Hosokawa (including the United States premier of Hosokawa’s “Lied IV”), beautiful works by Price, and the dizzying, virtuosic and rhapsodic Sonata No 3 by Enescu! The Power of Live Music - Be There! *Please read the details below regarding COVID-19 protocols for this event. Masks: Audience members are required to wear masks while in the church. Masks are required regardless of vaccination and/or test status. Vaccination/testing: Audience members must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Please bring your vaccination card or a legible copy (a photo on your phone or digital record is okay as long as all the information is clearly visible). If you cannot be vaccinated, you are alternatively welcome to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within the last 72-hours of the concert time or rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours of the concert start time. Please understand, even with a ticket, you will only be allowed into the hall if you also bring proof of vaccination or a negative test. Audience size/distancing: Audience size will be limited to a maximum of 25% of the church's official pre-covid capacity. Audience members are encouraged to practice social distancing, but this will not be enforced. In order to manage audience size, only advance tickets are available - tickets will not be available at the door. Acceptance of risk: Please note, these measures do not prevent infection from COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that all audience members will effectively comply with these measures. By attending this event, you voluntarily accept all risks to yourself and your family members of contracting COVID-19, a contagious disease. Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of illness. If you or anyone in your household is diagnosed with COVID-19 or is experiencing symptoms, please do not come to the concert. In this case, you may request a refund as long as you do so before the concert start time. If you prefer to donate your ticket cost, you are certainly welcome to do so, with many thanks. FAQs What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? The Topsfield Congregational Church is located at 80 Main St, at the intersection of Main St and Washington St (Rt 97), by the Topsfield Common. The concert takes place in the Meeting House, which you will see in the center of the common. (If you use GPS, please use the 80 Main St address – not 9 E Common St, which is the administrative address listed on the church’s website.) Free parking is available on the street around the common. Please print your ticket or bring an "e-ticket" on your smartphone. Will tickets be available at the door? No, tickets will NOT be available at the door. Due to limited seating, only advance tickets are available. Please reserve your ticket before going to the venue. Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes. One ticket admits one person to the concert. You can freely purchase tickets for others or give your ticket away. Make sure the other person has a copy of the e-ticket, since the record of your purchase will be under your name. What can/can't I bring to the event? Recording equipment of any kind is prohibited. Please, no audio/video recording and no photography. What is the refund policy? All sales are final, except in the case of illness. If you can no longer attend the concert, please consider giving your ticket to a friend! In the unlikely event that the concert is cancelled, a refund will be given. If you cannot come to the concert because you are sick, you can request a refund - but you must do so (by email) in advance of the concert start time.
