Description

"How to end the war with your body". Nina Manolson M.A. Body-Peace Coach will be joining us to explore our relationship with our body. Nina's approach pushes back against society's deep-rooted diet-culture that perpetually sells us the “right” way for women to be in their body. This will be an highly interactive inquiry into how to cultivate a respectful, caring and nourishing connection with our own body so that we can feel at home in our own skin. Join us at the Artisan Bistro, The Ritz-Carleton, Boston. Nina Manolson, M.A. NBC-HWC is a Body-Peace® coach. She helps women end the war with food and body and finally feel truly at home in their body – as it is. She brings her 30 years experience as a therapist, Body-Trust ® Guide and Psychology of Eating Teacher to helping women create a positive relationship with their food and body. Nina’s work with groups and individuals as well as her body-poems – are all in service of helping women get off the diet roller-coaster and into a compassionate and powerful way of eating & living which creates deep, long-lasting change in and with their bodies.
