Full Job Description RAC is looking for Floral Merchandisers Drivers to help Deliver and, merchandise, and sell fresh-cut flowers at retail locations within the Tri County area. Miami DADE, Broward, and West PALM Beach. We have full-time positions available; you will enjoy working with our dedicated team to merchandise and stock our pre-made arrangements of fresh cut flowers within the store displays. This position is a direct hire position where after the initial interview offers will be made within 24 hours to candidates that are a match. Daily FLORAL MERCHANDISER Duties. • Unpack product, unwrap roses and prepare them for sales floor • Change water in buckets of display case. • Clean surrounding work area • Set up additional Cardboard displays to hold flowers if required, QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS • Must be 21 years of age or older • Able to work full agreed assignment “10 hours Daily” • Physically able to push/pull/lift to 30 lbs. on an ongoing basis • Comfortable bending, stooping, and lifting products above your shoulders • Ability to stand and walk on an ongoing, extended basis throughout the shift • Must have reliable transportation • Ability to work in a team and follow daily directions • Be on time Team starts daily at 6:00AM Salary • Starting $13.00-$16.00 Hourly • Paid overtime ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
