River is a driven and socialable guy that like people, but is unsure about new dogs. He likes to please and is willing to go the extra mile for you, IF you will be a leader for him. River needs a firm leader to teach him right from wrong and keep him in his place. That leader can go wherever they want with River when that bond is established! But he will need reminders that he isnt the boss. He would excell in dog sports and would even love a chance to try things like barn hunt and obediance. He loves his people and though I have never seen him be aggressive to new humans he can be pushy. He is high energy and high drive, he needs an outlet for this energy.
