Meditation + Healing Sound Bath Experience! Come join us for a relaxing + healing experience with Sugar Plum's first Sound Bath! During your Sound Bath experience you will be immersed in a guided meditative experience with the use of Sound Waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments by use of singing bowls + other various instruments. Guests will be spread throughout the space, asked to lay on their yoga mats flat on their backs to create optimum results for your experience. What you will need to bring: - Yoga Mat - Pillow - Blanket if you desire - Mask [Required] We also will be providing light snacks to follow your Sound Bath experience, so feel free to relax + mingle!
