Men's Adult Monday Golf Group *We are welcoming new golfers to our traveling golf group for the 2022 season *Most members are between 55-75 years of age, anyone 21 or older and any hdcp is invited *Do you have free time on Mondays and want to play more golf, semi-competitive, casual golf or are looking to meet new friends and get out and socialize *Then maybe this group is for you We play every Monday morning, occasionally Thursdays, weather permitting except holidays from late April/ early May until weather gets bad Usually near the end of October Our group has: *NO yearly fee *NO yearly commitment *Play as often or as little as you like You must have an active USGA/WSGA hdcp card or obtain from any course for about $30/$35, used for hdcp purposes during play *Different course each week/cart included, walk if you like *First tee times generally are between 9am an 10:30am, show up at least 30-45 mins prior to first tee time to draw for teams and start position Formats: (depending on number of golfers) *4-man teams drawn before golfing, best 2 of 4 scores (most weeks) *2-man teams drawn before golfing, best of 2 scores (occasionally) Tee boxes used are: White, Gold or Combo usually between 6,000 to around 6,300 yards $5 small skins game (everyone plays) this is where hdcp comes into play, pays for prize fund Team Individual low net Hole skins (hdcp) Low putts Par 3’s (closest to pin) $5 big skins Hole skins / scratch (optional) Payouts after golf Have lunch, a beer or soda with the group, make new friends, socialize Also, an opportunity to join us in Iron Mountain, MI. each year in July to play 2 rounds @ Timberstone and a round @Pine Grove (same formats) This year's trip is July 25-27 some of us leave Sunday July 24th to play a round on the way up. Course will be determined as we near trip date. And if interested this trip continues after Timberstone July 28 AND 29, some of us go on to the Island Resort and Casino for 2 days, 2 rounds and play @Sweetgrass, @Sage Run or possibly @Greywalls **Please ask about cost and availability** All that’s needed is an email so group organizer can send weekly invitation, then simply reply YES or NO if you want to play that week Most courses we play are within 1hr 30min of Milwaukee area If this interests you, please contact me to get started.
