Brought to you by the Bankruptcy Law Section of the New Mexico State Bar Association The seminar focuses on developments in case law on bankruptcy issues in 2021, both nationally and locally, with special emphasis on decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico. Also included are presentations by the Bankruptcy Judges for the District of New Mexico, representatives of the Office of the U.S. Trustee for the District of New Mexico, the Clerk of Court, and an ethics or professionalism presentation.
