Superior Concrete Restorations LLC is looking for a hard worker who is smart and can follow instructions. We will train you, but we want someone who's trainable. There will likely be room for advancement to Crew Leader in one or two years. We repair damaged, cracked, spalled exterior concrete in Central Oregon. We typically start at 7:30 AM and end around 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, but we sometimes have weather issues. So you must be flexible and be willing to work a Saturday if we get rained out on a Tuesday. Fridays are often short days and we finish early to mid afternoon, but the average work week is about 43 hours and, yes, we pay overtime. We start in mid April and work through mid October and maybe a couple weeks beyond if weather is good. As a Crew Member you will be paid $1,000 every four weeks (all year) plus an hourly rate of $20-$30 based on experience and proven work history. If you're good we'll pay you well. Even at $20 per hour, with the $1,000 base every four weeks you will make nearly $40k during the year and you get 6 months off. During that 6 months we still continue to pay you your $1,000 every four weeks, but you are free to go get another job and you have no obligation to us until the third week of April the next year. If we have a good season we sometimes do a year end bonus as well. If you stay with our company and are promoted to Crew Leader you can make $70k for 6 months of work.
