Join us for one of three identical sessions to learn about Cactus and other plants that have developed special adaptations to survive a harsh environment. What's so cool about a cactus? Lots of things! We'll talk about the poky and prickly parts of the cactus, the flowers and the... fruit?! Then we'll take a nature walk, complete a craft to take home and read a story. For children aged 18 months to 3 years old. Class will be held outdoors, weather permitting, and is limited to 15 children. Registration required. Phil Hardberger Park is a natural area park in the heart of San Antonio’s north side. It is an island of green in a sea of urban development. There are 330 acres and over seven miles of trail to explore.
