Bring:: yoga mat, 1-2 blankets, water, pillows for back, head & knees. You can also bring anything that brings further comfort & crystals that you would like cleared & charges during the sound bath. You do not need to know how to meditate, all you need to do is show up and allow the sounds to do all the work.
