Movement practice to liberate and nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
Get ready to celebrate and tap into the vibration of love in honor of Black History Month! In this workshop, through the rich and healing practices of movement from the African Diaspora, yoga, and meditation, we will explore our legacy, our authentic selves, and embrace our wholeness through the power of community. We will move and breathe together IRL to the rhythms of LIVE music to liberate and nourish the mind, body, and spirit. In honor of Black History Month, this space is being held for people of color.
Donations will go to the Loveland Foundation.
