During this hands-on workshop, instructor Quinn Mines-Taylor of Soap Junkii will teach you the simple techniques of how to properly whip, color, and scent your soap. You will have a variety of colors and sweet scents to choose from, and you will leave with your own custom-made whipped soap to brag about! This class is safe for children older than 6 years. About the Instructor Seven years ago, Quinn Mines-Taylor started making ultra-moisturizing soaps and lotions in hopes of relieving her daughter's eczema issues. Today, her daughter's skin issues are better! Quinn and her family continue to make their soaps and lotions for a wider audience and others that suffer from the same issues through their business, Soap Junkii. Please Note... This workshop will take place in person at Plant Chicago's location (4459 S. Marshfield Ave Chicago, IL 60609). Workshops attendees, instructor, and all Plant Chicago staff are required to wear a mask throughout the duration of the class.
