Hello, my name is Alba. I am just starting out on my real estate photography journey, although I'm not new to photography. I have shot a few homes for a few clients and I am looking to build my business and resume. For this reason, I am offering my services for a lower price than you'll find other real estate photographers charging.
What my services include:
-Shot with a DSLR for high quality images
-Multiple angles of each room to best capture the space
-shots of inside and outside of the property
-Grass and Sky touch ups
-Edited pictures for best lighting realistic to reality
-same day to next day delivery, depending on amount of pictures (size of property), details, and number of clients.
-Sending ready digital files through google drive, as these will be large files.
Services include $150 per property, $25 per additional homestead on the same property. Applicable for Houston and the surrounding areas. I take Cash app and Venom. I take half up front, and the other half upon completion. We can also draw a contract for both our safety.
