Ready to embrace the wonderful experience parenting can be? Now is the time for all of us to celebrate parenting at an uplifting event. This conference is an opportunity to leave the challenges we have all had to manage over the last couple years and pivot to start on a new journey to rediscover the incredible wonders that we experience as parents. This is a no cost in person event where we will learn to accept the losses we have all experienced and move on with a spring in our step to face the future with optimism, confidence and wonder. Registration opens at 8:30 am and there will be a continental breakfast followed by an opening keynote featuring Daniel Hernandez who will help us consider the past and its lessons and then close that door and open a new one into a bright future. Next will be a panel discussion on stages of development in kids of all ages led by local content experts. After lunch the keynote will feature Heidi Mendenhall with strategies to maintain healthy relationships and avoid toxic stressors. Following Heidi will be a second panel discussion session focused on Positive Parenting. The afternoon will wrap up with a drumming session and then raffles. The event ends at 2;00 pm.
