A fun, family-friendly ride through places where the now-famous Sunnyvale Crows tend to hang out. About this event Join Bike Sunnyvale for a fun family-friendly ride through Sunnyvale with our theme "The Crow Ride." As you know the Sunnyvale Crows have become national celebrities as of recently. So we have done our research to determine some of their favorite hangouts and designed a ride route to those locations with hopes to see them. We will go to many notable Sunnyvale locations and have brief talks about not just the crows and their history, but the route and how SVBC Bike Sunnyvale is working to make our roads safer for all to bike on. Feel free to wear your best "Crow" attire! We encourage you to wear Green, like lasers. Bonus points if you have green lights on your bike! PEW PEW!Black, like crows - but please also wear highly visible clothingThis social bike ride will be led by seasoned Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition staff and volunteers, who are trained on safety and group riding. This ride is suitable for all skill levels, including new riders and children. Children under 12 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18. We will meet at the parking area next to Washington Pool, on Pastoria Ave. The bike route will be sent to you in your registration confirmation email. Date + Time: March 19, 2022, Sunday, 5:00-7:00PM. Please arrive punctually by 5:00 PM to check in and listen to safety instructions before we roll.
