Lead guitarist wanted

Need a dependable, experienced lead guitarist to join me in paid gigs. Prefer ability to switch between acoustic-electric and electric guitar. Need stage experience. Some back up vocals or lead vocals would be a plus. I play acoustic-electric with mild effects pedals and vocals. I have 2 full sets (2 hrs) of classic rock, blues, country & some originals. Will establish 1 more set with right person. Would practice 1 day/ week for 3 hours. I have a music studio and top gear. Gigs on weekends. Probably 3 x month. Have some gigs lined up. Would prefer 30-60 age range. Switch demos first.
