Our expert will be presenting built projects to demonstrate the entire process from initial design to final construction. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) have been known by many names: granny flats, in-law units, backyard cottages, secondary units and more. No matter what you call them, ADUs are an innovative, affordable, effective option for adding much-needed housing in California. Speaker Yang Wang, AIA, LEED AP received Master of Architecture from UCLA and is currently the Project Manager at Hathaway Dinwiddie. She is a licensed architect and the founder of Yang Architect, Inc. Location 888 Seafood Restaurant. 8450 E Valley Blvd, Rosemead, CA 91770. Buffet style dinner provided.
