ABR®, Accredited Buyer Representative The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (“REBAC”) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. Accredited Buyer Representatives are real estate professionals focused on all aspects of buyer representation and have the training necessary to meet the needs and desires of buyer’s in today’s market. Less than 3% of Realtors® nationwide have earned this valuable designation and right to be identified as an Accredited Buyer Representative.
