A Town Celebration for Black History Month & Black Joy Parade Weekend! We are so grateful for everyone who has continued to serve our communities throughout the pandemic and extremely excited for the return of Black Joy Parade Weekend in The Town! Please join us for cocktails and music so we can properly celebrate our beloved Oakland builders and kick off the return of BJP 2022 weekend in style! Limited capacity RSVP required. Donations are encouraged - If you’re able, please donate ahead of time to support the movement. A percentage of the event proceeds will go to support Black Joy Parade which is volunteer-run org and a registered 501c3. Covid-mindful - We’re adhering to guidelines to make sure this event is safe for everyone. If you are joining us, you are encouraged to bring your face mask for the safety of yourself and others. Please make sure to keep a healthy distance from other guests as much as you can. If you feel unwell or are experiencing COVID symptoms, please stay home.
