Richland County residents can drop off household hazardous waste and other recyclable materials during the National Drive-Thru Day event.
Richland County residents can bring household hazardous waste and other recyclable materials to the National Drive-Thru Day drop-off event at the County's C&D Landfill.
Items collected will include, but are not limited to: paints, household cleaners and chemicals, pool chemicals, lawn and garden chemicals, propane cylinders and fire extinguishers.
Explosives and ammunition, pharmaceutical waste, automotive fluids, electronics and tires will not be accepted. Residents can recycle automotive fluids, electronics and tires for free at County drop-off locations daily.
No commercial materials will be accepted at this event, which is for Richland County residents only.
Registration is not required for the event but is encouraged to help organizers accommodate traffic.
