Join us for The Chesterton Revel, an evening of merriment and festivity to celebrate the inaugural year of Chesterton Academy!
This special event, a rousing party and celebration in the spirit of our namesake, G. K. Chesterton, will take place at historic Drexel Hall in the Kansas City Irish Center. You won’t want to miss it.
If you’re wondering what a revel is, think gala but less… stuffy, which is only fitting during the Octave of Easter!
6:00 pm - Cocktail Hour
7:00 pm - A delicious candlelit dinner and a keynote address by Dr. Denis McNamara, Executive Director of the Center for Beauty and Culture at Benedictine College
8:00 pm - Live music by Tom’s Town, a terrific band celebrating the legacy of Kansas City Jazz in the 30's and 40's, dancing, special guests, a student theatrical skit, and plenty of fun long into the night.
11:00 pm - Evening Concludes
