Looking for an internship in the music industry? Look no further! Get hired on the spot at the Beats X Books Internship Fair We will be hosting our second semi-annual internship fair, providing you opportunities to develop your profession skill sets, with masterclasses covering topics such as resume' writing, interviewing, professionalism, creative problem-solving and more. We want to create a space for all of our guests to actively put their skills to the test, participating in interviews for internships at some of the area's leading businesses, including recording studios, radio stations, film companies, and more! Where: This event will take place at SOHO StudiosAddress: 555 Dutch Valley Road Northeast, Atlanta, GA, 30324 How: - Phase 1: Masterclasses (Building the Brand of YOU, Intern 101: Keys to Success, Learning to Guarantee Success, etc.) This will be a hands-on, interactive session where industry experts will lead you through various activations that will push you to break through your limits both personally and professionally. - Phase 2: Employer Presentations (Who are we? What are we looking for?) Hear from our featured employers as they discuss what their companies are all about and what they are looking for in an intern - Phase 3: Networking Mixer & On-Site Interviews Please bring your best as we will be conducting live interviews ON-SITE. Professional dress is highly advised. Don't forget your resumé and business cards! Beats x Books is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on providing youth with educational tools, one-of-a-kind experiences, and professional grooming to better prepare them for a successful career in the entertainment industry.  We offer curriculum-based educational programs and courses through the "Beats x Books Academy”, establish scholarship funds and community giveback initiatives, and curate events geared towards allowing participants firsthand access to some of the brightest executives in the music industry.
