Job Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on equipment/hardware used to enter and exit gated communities. Gate operators, pedestrian gates and calling units Basic troubleshooting of camera’s, computers and access control systems Duties Get tasks done in a timely manner( or on a revolving status ) Maintain relationships with suppliers, residents and community reps Communications skills with other employees Be part of the on call rotation program Possible manual labor – digging, trenching, pulling cable, concrete Participate is company meetings Possible travel out of state Skills Follow SOP’s Fill out inspection sheet and update service tickets Welding preferred Basic knowledge of wiring electronic devices Physical Be able to lift 50lbs Clean driving record Be able to work outdoors in various conditions
