The focus of Women in Construction (WIC) Week is to highlight women as a viable component of the construction industry.
We invite all women in construction in the Phoenix Metro Area and their leadership teams (men are also welcome) to attend! We're looking for women in diverse roles including project coordinator, estimator, equipment sales, business development, tradeswomen, engineers, accountants, VP of Operations, CFO, CEO, etc to attend.
Participating Associations Include:
American Subcontractors Association, Arizona Builders Alliance, Arizona Utility Contractors Association, CFMA, Arizona Masonry Council, Associated Minority Contractors of Arizona and NAWIC Phoenix Chapter 98. Add your association to this growing list. Over 200 people attended in 2020.

The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) is an organization dedicated to advancing the success of women in construction through education, opportunity, and networking events. We partner with other organizations in the Greater Phoenix area to bring a wide range of topics, events, and tours to our membership and guests that are relevant, useful, and oftentimes hands-on. We want to learn, grow, and have fun right alongside other awesome women in construction and our supporters!
