Sunday Powerlifting meet
This is a competition that will test your absolute limits. You must combine strength, technique and mental fortitude to amass the best total across all 5 lifts (Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squat, Bench and Deadlift).
The weekend will start with Olympic Weightlifting meet on Saturday followed by a Powerlifting meet on Sunday. Athletes must compete in both meets to earn a 5-way-Total.
We will have an amazing announcer, food truck,special guest Shawn Hamman, and much much more!! We have limited spots for lifters that means sign up fast!! Just sign up on the eventbrite, and reserve your spots know.
