JahGuide GET FIT Tour kicks off in Kansas City! Lead by Jahdy Patterson and joined by Kansas City's very own, Chocolate Muscle. Jahdy will kick off his fitness tour in Kansas City on March 12, at 11 am in Zone 6 fitness. Join us for an incredible bootcamp accompanied by Chocolate Muscle, followed by a stretch session, nutruition talk and networking. There will be giveaway items from our trainers and vendors. Percentage of proceeds will go to charity
