Cubs vs. White Sox @ Sloan Park in Mesa, Arizona | Tuesday, March 29, 2022 The Greater Phoenix Chapter of the SIU Alumni Association hosts its 2022 SIU Day at Spring Training, featuring the Chicago Cubs vs. the Chicago White Sox at Sloan Park, 2330 W. Rio Salado Parkway in Mesa, Arizona. Join fellow alumni on the patio deck, starting at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 29 for an all-you-can-eat buffet of hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, chips, and soda. A cash bar will also be available. The first pitch is at 12:05 p.m. A post-game gathering is planned. Details will be announced at a later date. Purchase your tickets by March 6, 2022. Tickets can be picked up at the will-call booth the day of the game. Parking may be purchased on game days for $10 per vehicle or motorcycle on a first-come, first-serve basis. ADA parking is available for purchase in the Blue Lot. No advance parking purchases are available. All purchases require a credit or debit card. No cash will be accepted. As the largest and oldest organization on campus, the SIU Alumni Association has been proudly serving SIU alumni and friends since 1896.  It seeks to engage alumni, students, and friends of the university by preserving SIU traditions, promoting pride in an SIU education, and facilitating opportunities for students and alumni to connect professionally.
