Dispatch Goods is a mission-driven company working to eliminate single-use packaging waste. We are social, autonomous, and fast-paced. We are hiring a full-time delivery driver to deliver to customers around the Bay Area (serviced from our warehouse in Bayview) in a van or box truck. We are hiring for Wednesday - Sunday, typical schedule of 9a-6p. Responsibilities include: Load and unload trucks and vans with product being delivered and picked up (loading is done manually, with pallet jacks/lift gates, or with a forklift) Deliver to customers throughout the Bay Area Interact with customers when making deliveries, providing excellent customer service Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times Safely operate Dispatch Goods vehicles Maintain quality of service by following operational and safety standards daily Maintain on-time delivery and accuracy rate Assist with other warehouse duties, including inventory processing and sorting and cleaning inventory Other duties as assigned Requirements: 1+ years experience driving box trucks or other large vehicles Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Excellent customer service skills Comfortable using mobile technology for routing Conversational English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for 4 or more hours at a time.
