Most of you are too young to remember, but not too many decades ago, Russia was the greatest threat to democracy and to America. Dictators like Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping must be stopped. The last time we hesitated to stop a dictator we ended up with World War One. Hitler began taking over countries around Germany just as Putin is taking over countries around Russia. We cannot allow an evil dictator to invade their neighbors. We cannot allow Putin to invade the Ukraine. We cannot allow Xi to occupy and claim Taiwan.
