Seasoned female singer seeking a female guitarist for acoustic gigs, between the ages of 30-50. Established cover setlist but am flexible, especially if you can sing a few leads too. I have a Bose sound system and monitor with venues in the waiting; including the EA Musicfest in June. Experienced and serious musicians only please. The band has been together 5 years and consists of Drummer, Bass, 2 Electric guitar, Acoustic/Vocalist, Vocalist. 2 Female 4 male. Music is Christian Blues/Rock/Pop/? - Somewhat hard to describe. Looking to form a small group for players of guitar, bass, keyboard, flute, strings, etc. that are interested in remotely studying, learning and sharing what they know. Some areas we could investigate are music theory, chord progressions, practice tips, particular songs/arrangements, performance advice, composing, recording techniques and gear (software and hardware).Six-piece Dance Act ( Bass, Drums, Guitar, Keys/Synth,Sax,and Vocalist) holding auditions for Bass player. Material is Sax-Friendly Rock,R&B,Pop from the 50's thru 80's, plus a few pieces they won't see coming. Rehearsals in Downers Grove, minutes from 55,and 355. Rehearse a minimum once a week, gig a couple, three times a month. Local punk/metal band is looking for a new bass player. We have a practice space in Tonawanda, meet once a week, and play shows locally as well as regionally. We ask you be drama free, have a flexible schedule, and your own transportation/equipment.
