The APT is teaming up with chef Jametta Raspberry to bring you a culinary fete of carnival proportions for this pop-up dinner experience Appetite at the APT in proud collaboration with Chef Jametta Raspberry, founder and owner of House of Gristle, bring you Carnival, a culinary fete of Cajun and Creole cuisine. The excitement and atmosphere of Fat Tuesday travels up the Mississippi to the APT. Our space is transformed into a family style dinner event that brings the sights, sounds, and flavors of Mardi Gras. Chef Jametta Raspberry, founder and owner of House of Gristle
