Are you looking to improve your child's reading level or treat them to an online interactive class or story time? I am an experienced online Educator. I create virtual classrooms that your child will enjoy exploring and learning in. In each class your child will have a personal Avatar that they will use to navigate through multiple colorful classrooms. They can choose to study in a private or group session where they will be able to draw, type, move objects, read and respond to me as their Teacher. All classes are designed to improve reading, comprehension, self-confidence and a love for learning. Parents can observe class on the same computer as their child or log in from a different PC or laptop. Ages: 6-10 Exceptions for: - younger children when accompanied by older sibling - older children who are learning English as a second language - older children who are diagnosed with a learning disability Please contact me to schedule your free classroom demo! Private Session: $ 15.00 Group of two: $ 12.00 per student Group of three; $ 10.00 per student Credentials: I attended a small liberal arts college where I obtained a bachelors degree in sociology. I have graduate studies in counseling and a masters in public administration. I have enjoyed working with children as a crisis counselor, program manager, educator, mentor and tutor. I've worked with public schools as well as government and non-profit agencies that provide services to at-risk children and children with disabilities. More recently I have worked with children in Germany, Egypt and Saudi Arabia who are learning English as a second language. I look forward to meeting you and your child!
