Family friendly needs a fence

This sweet boy is just over 1 year old and is super sweet and cuddly. He's great with kids of all ages and others dogs, we have a older great Dane. He is half husky half mastiff and loves to roam and explore so he needs a fenced yard and some boundary training. Unfortunately we're no longer able to handle his roaming we don't have a fence and we have no plans on getting one, serious inquiries only. There is a re-homing fee of $150
