TRI-VALLEY, CA — The cities of Dublin, Livermore and Pleasanton are accepting grant applications from nonprofit and public organizations that serve Tri-Valley residents. Dublin is accepting applications for Human Services grants now through Jan. 18. Recipients will provide programming related to topics such as human services, community development, housing, and youth and civic art projects in the Tri-Valley.
