The Cityplace townhomes Property Owner’s association is seeking bids by qualified contractors to repair fire board protections damaged during the reroof currently under construction. While replacing sheathing sections of fire board that were attached to the sheathing were also removed. This project would be to reinstall the drywall to the new sheathing from the attics per FBC for approximately 50 townhomes. More details will be provided to interested candidates.
