Handyman / Property Mgmt. Small Homeowners Associating is looking for someone with handyman and property management experience. The majority (90%) of your job will consist of handyman type work. Carpentry, plumbing, painting, general repairs, pool, fences, drains – basically the sorts of things that go wrong in a residential community. You will also be overseeing Association vendors, helping solicit bids for larger jobs, staffing the office a few hours a week and acting as an Association liaison. If you have construction / repair / plumbing / property management experience, this could be your next career! The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter, disciplined, organized, able to budget their time without constant supervision.
