Job Summary: Come be part of an exciting carwash & detailing company! We're a rapidly-growing mobile detailing company looking to grow our team and provide exceptional service to Fort Lauderdale. We provide hands-on training on how to use the No-H2O products. This is not an office job, you will be out in elements working at different locations. As a lead detailer, you must have a work permit and a valid driving license. This is an amazing opportunity for driven individuals to grow with this rapidly expanding company. You will be the face of our business, interacting with customers and partners. The Lead Detailer effectively communicates with customers and employees to determine the type of service necessary and the time needed for completion. The detail manager is responsible for quality control and output of the detailing & wash departments. Also manages all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties. Responsibilities: • On the site detailing of Cars, SUVs, and Trucks • Recruiting, hiring, and training new detailers • Ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly and on time • Demonstrate professional customer satisfaction skills and practices • Communicate with all employees/clients/employers in a professional manner • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Following the rules provided by HQ • Ability to inspect for quality in detail, maintain a minimum quality standard • Follow all compliance safety regulations; promoting safe behaviors to all employees Qualifications: • 2 years management or lead experience • Excellent verbal communication skills • Customer-first orientation • Carwash experience preferred – but not required • Attention to detail • Ability to manage a daily work schedule while directing others • Basic computer experience in Word and Excel
