Chader is the owner of Keller Williams Integrity First Realty, one of REAL Trends top 300 real estate companies in the U.S. He also owns TCT Property Management Services, with a residential division managing just over 400 single family homes and a commercial management division responsible for more than 50 commercial properties. Recognized as a “Top 1% Realtor®” in the United States, Steve was honored with the Residential Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award by the Phoenix Business Journal and “Realtor of the Year” by the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. His sales volume has reached as high as $42 million with approx. 250 transactions per year. Steve has a passion for adding value to others and believes continual training is the difference between being good and being great. He is an international faculty member for Keller Williams University, is certified as a Fierce Conversations Facilitator, and is a founding member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team. Steve is a contributor to both the “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent”, and “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor” books and is the co-author of the national bestselling book “HOLD” on How to Find, Buy and Rent Houses for Wealth. Steve has Chaired the Professional Standards Committee for the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors and served as Town Council member for Gilbert AZ. He is a father of 2 boys and a grandfather of 3 active boys. Steve also enjoys playing the bass guitar; which he plays in a rock/cover band, Group Therapy
