Contractor stole from me, did not complete what I paid him for, he way over charged me and did a messy job. The worst of all he stole materials from me had a very bad attitude I would never us this imbecile for a job again he is a huge joke, and I am currently taking him to small claims court. He refuses to answer his phone, I watched him on my camera ignoring me calls I never worked with anyone like him. He lied and said he would bring the materials back the next day then continued to lie and stand me up. I just don't understand why he wants to go to court rather than just return what he stole, and he admitted over text he had my possessions in his work truck.
