We are a team of artists looking for motivational people to grow with us and sell our artwork across the state of Florida. We work all types of events from large art festivals to fairs and travel to other states for season. We strive to maximize our potential for each event and have a strong track record of success. Here is a list of requirements to apply. Do not apply if you cannot meet ALL requirements, 1. Must have your own reliable transportation 2. Must have your own car insurance 3. Must be willing to store 3’x4’ space for your booth and inventory in your garage or home, if needed 4. Must be responsible for your own phone to complete card transactions with suitable data 5. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs of weight 6. Must be willing to stand 8+ hours straight 7. Must be willing to setup for events on Friday’s when needed 8. Must be willing to travel up to 3 hours to setup and work events, when required. 9. Must have 3 weekends a month available to work 10. Must be willing to stay in your own hotel 11. Must be ready to meet us to restock and transfer numbers BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION 1. Paid training 2. paid Gas 3. paid Hotels 4. paid Supplies 5. Booth supplied 6. $15/hr, or 20% commission on net sales, whichever is greater. EXPERIENCE NEEDED 1. Working past events, farmers markets, or festivals will be the best experience possible and will allow you to adapt well with our business structure. 2. We work with large crowds of people at once, so any multi-tasking, crowd gathering, and efficient problem solving will help you maximize your commission. 3. Once applications are reviewed, I will hold phone interviews for the ones who are accepted. This position is for the entire season between February – May 2022. We also offer the opportunity to travel out of state to work the summer season up north for those who want to work year around. Every event can change and be affected by weather, attendance, etc. The minimum compensation is $15/hr and can make $1,000 + for one weekend event. We book our events for our team months in advance. With enough notice, you can request certain weekends or holidays off and we will have the event covered by another team member. We are looking for team members to grow with and to expand our reach throughout Florida. Not every weekend will be a top show, but our goal is for our team to always be taken care of while working together to maximize everyone’s sales each weekend.
