Meet Bubba. He is about 16 months old. He's my aunt's dog and is basically a son to her. He's sweet, playful, and mischievous. On February 10th (2022), he slipped out the door and unfortunately was hit by a car. His left front shoulder was visibly broken. My aunt was able to scrounge up enough to take him to a vet. The vet informed her that it was in fact broken and that he would need a $1100 surgery to repair it. She does not have the money for that. So, she has taken him to 2 other vets in hopes one of them could help him. The third vet was Dr. Berry from Berry Animal Clinic of Piedmont. He has offered to do the amputation for $400 but he has to do it very soon or infection will set up and kill him. My aunt has already used her bill money for the month trying to save him.
